The visible wall finish is only part of the mounting assessment. Suitable support and safe fixing locations must be established. Share known construction details and nearby services; a photograph alone cannot confirm concealed framing or guarantee every wall is suitable.
Show the seating arrangement and proposed screen location before the visit. Position, room doors and the bracket movement need to work together. The chosen height should be agreed with the customer rather than selected from a universal mounting-height rule.
A large screen needs suitable handling space and a clear route to the wall. Mention stairs, tight rooms and fragile surroundings. Screen size and access help plan the job; the customer should not be expected to improvise unsafe lifting assistance.
The agreed service covers product/weight/bracket/substrate review and mechanical installation where suitable. Exclusions: Power points, in-wall wiring/cabling, electrical work, structural alteration, unsuitable mounts.
