Show the seating arrangement and proposed screen location before the visit. Position, room doors and the bracket movement need to work together. The chosen height should be agreed with the customer rather than selected from a universal mounting-height rule.
Show the existing fixing arrangement and all retained hardware if a bracket is to be reused. Unknown condition or missing locking parts can make reuse unsuitable. Existing holes should not be treated as proof that the previous installation was correct.
Provide the television model, mass and mounting-hole specification together with the bracket model. A bracket advertised for a screen size still needs compatibility checks. Do not assume a reused mount will suit a new television because its diagonal measurement is similar.
The agreed service covers product/weight/bracket/substrate review and mechanical installation where suitable. Exclusions: Power points, in-wall wiring/cabling, electrical work, structural alteration, unsuitable mounts.
